1. Applicability
1.1 The website consists of: (i) a publicly accessible area (the “public area”) accessible to all visitors to the website (the “visitors”).
1.2 These terms of use (the “terms”) apply to: The visit to and use of the website; All data, files and services accessible on the website (the “content”); All other relations between the website and the visitor. 1.3 Deviating terms and conditions only apply insofar as these have been expressly accepted in writing by Beyond Travels.

2.1 Beyond Travels reserves the right to change or supplement these terms by publishing the amended terms on the website. Visitors to the website are advised to periodically check the terms for changes.
2.2 The amended terms and conditions apply with immediate effect to visitors and registered users. For subscribers, the original terms will remain in effect until they renew their subscription.
2.3 Beyond Travels is at all times entitled to change, remove, suspend or terminate the website or the content and its accessibility in whole or in part. Beyond Travels is not responsible for any damage or costs incurred by the visitor as a result of any measures referred to in this article. The mentioned measures are without prejudice to the outstanding payment obligations of a subscriber. Prepaid money is non-refundable.
3. Responsibility
3.1 The website and the content are for general informational purposes only.

Beyond Travels shall not be liable for any damages or costs resulting from such use.
3.3 Beyond Travels is not liable for any damage or costs resulting from the use or inability to use (parts of) the website, including damage as a result of inaccuracy or incompleteness of the content or computer viruses, unless the damage or costs are the result of are intentional or reckless on the part of Beyond Travels or its management.

Beyond Travels is not liable for the use, content or functioning of these external internet pages or of internet pages that contain a link to the website. The website’s privacy and cookie policy does not apply to personal data collected and processed on or via these external internet pages.
3.5 Beyond Travels is not liable for any damage or costs resulting from the use of electronic means of communication with the website, including – but not limited to – damage resulting from non-delivery or delay in the delivery of electronic messages, interception or manipulation of electronic messages by third parties or by software or equipment used for electronic communication and transmission of computer viruses.
4. Website usage instructions
4.1 Beyond Travels advises visitors to exercise the necessary caution when using the website, such as: Not to disclose personal information, including e-mail address, residential address, telephone numbers, bank account numbers and credit card numbers to other visitors; Ensure adequate security for their computer(s) or other systems, including by installing software or hardware that prevents unauthorized access to those computer(s) or systems or the spread of viruses, such as firewalls and antivirus software, and to ensure that the software used by the visitor, such as operating software, e-mail software and antivirus software, is up-to-date. 4.2 A visitor is not allowed to: disrupt the operation of the website or other computers or systems of Beyond Travels or other visitors, including: - distributing malicious software, such as viruses and trojans; - gain unauthorized access to the computers or systems of Beyond Travels or other visitors; - deleting files on computers or systems of Beyond Travels or other visitors; To be offensive or insulting about other persons on the website; Harass or intimidate other visitors; Enter or upload data or files on the website using scripts or reproduce the website in whole or in part; Use the website without written permission from Beyond Travels for (commercial) activities such as promoting or services, sending commercial messages (spam), offering (interactive) games or promoting other websites; Use the website to publish or distribute pornographic or (otherwise) offensive material; Use the website for the unauthorized reproduction of works protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights; Use the website to fraudulently or misuse bank details; To use the website for (otherwise) criminal or unlawful acts.
4.3 If a visitor believes that the actions of one or more other visitors are in violation of this article 5, the visitor can inform Beyond Travels by sending an e-mail to: info@beyondtravels.nl.
4.4 If, in the opinion of Beyond Travels, there are indications that a visitor is acting in violation of this article 5, Beyond Travels has the right to conduct further investigation into the conduct of the visitor concerned.
4.5 If, in the opinion of Beyond Travels, a visitor violates this article 5, or other provisions of these terms, it has the right to take measures. The measures Beyond Travels can take include: -Adjusting or removing content placed on the website by the visitor; -The temporary or permanent exclusion of the visitor from access to the website; -Terminating a registration; -Terminating a subscription; and -Recovering from the visitor any damage and costs resulting from the visitor’s violation of the terms and conditions, including ((extra)judicial) costs as a result of (legal) proceedings that Beyond Travels incurs.
4.6 Beyond Travels is not liable for any damage or costs that a visitor suffers or incurs if Beyond Travels makes use of its powers under this article 5.
5. Property rights
5.1 Unless otherwise indicated, all rights, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the website and the content are vested in Beyond Travels.
5.2 Visitors may consult the website and the content.
5.3 Visitors may include a hyperlink to the website on external internet pages managed by them.
5.4 Any other use of the website or the content, including saving or reproducing (a part of) the website or the content in another internet page or placing deep links between the website and any other internet page, is not permitted without prior express written consent of Beyond Travels.
6. Final Provisions
6.1 Beyond Travels is entitled to engage third parties when offering the (services via the) website.
6.2 These terms and conditions are exclusively subject to Dutch law. All disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions, including disputes about the existence and validity thereof, will be settled by the competent court in Maastricht.
